Dedicated engineering squads for European scale-ups

Your roadmap is ahead of your hiring.

We run dedicated engineering squads for European scale-ups. You name a surface — a market integration, a reporting layer, a new product line — and we own it end to end while your team stays on the core.

39 centres · 55 countries · one platform rebuilt end to end

Hiring is a slow answer to a delivery problem.

You closed the round on a roadmap that assumed a team you have not hired yet.

A senior backend engineer takes three to five months to close. Eight to fifteen of them takes most of a year. Meanwhile the roadmap that justified the round is being delivered by the people already in the building — the same people now spending their weeks interviewing and onboarding.

That is how post-funding delivery quietly slips. Not one bad decision. A roadmap written in headcount, a calendar written in months, and nobody reconciling the two.

A squad, not a stack of contractors.

Staff augmentation gives you people. You keep the architecture decisions, the code review load, the onboarding, the sprint planning. Every contractor added costs your senior engineers time before it saves them any.

A dedicated squad gives you a surface. Our lead, our review process, our on-call. You hand over something whole and we report against that thing — not against tickets.

The test is one question: can you name what you would hand over as a whole?

  • “The Germany market integration.”
  • “The reporting layer.”
  • “Everything behind the new mobile app.”

If you can name it, a squad works.

Four weeks from first call to shipped work.

Step 1 — Scope the surface (week 1)

A 20-minute call, then a written proposal naming exactly what we would own, what stays with you, and what day 30 looks like. Two pages, no discovery fee.

Step 2 — Team assembled (week 2)

A lead plus engineers matched to your stack. You meet them before anything starts.

Step 3 — In your repo (week 3)

Your CI, your review standards, your definition of done. First small change shipped to production inside the first week.

Step 4 — Owning the surface (week 4 onward)

Weekly demo against the surface. We tell you in week two if our own onboarding estimate is going to slip.

What we do not do.

This is the part most firms leave out, so here it is plainly.

We do not take on your core product roadmap. That stays with your team, and it should.

We do not work ticket by ticket across your backlog. That is a different purchase with a different shape, and below about four people it is usually net negative for the first quarter. If that is what you need, say so and we will point you at it rather than sell you a squad.

We do not make architecture decisions unilaterally. We propose, you decide.

We will not take the work if a squad is the wrong purchase. If what you need is two extra pairs of hands on a general backlog, we will tell you on the first call rather than after you have signed.

This works when:

  • You closed a round and committed to a roadmap that assumes headcount you have not hired
  • Your senior engineers spend more of the week reviewing than building
  • A second product line keeps getting starved by the first
  • You are entering new markets and the integration work multiplies per market
  • You already run a distributed team and know the model works

This does not work when:

  • The brief is “help us go faster” with nothing nameable attached
  • The work changes direction weekly and cannot be scoped for a month
  • You need one specialist, not a team — hire that person

Global Centers for Entrepreneurship

Not a redesign — a full platform rebuild. Front end, CMS, servers, security. Headless architecture so it stays fast anywhere in the world. Live Deals and Investor Matchmaking flows. An AI Deal Potential Calculator that turns a visitor into a qualified lead.

Four workstreams, taken as one owned surface. Our lead, our review process, reporting against the platform rather than a ticket queue.

Priced by surface, not by seat.

Most firms quote you a day rate per engineer, which invites you to compare us against every offshore shop alive. We would rather you compared us against not shipping.

So we price the surface. One monthly fee to own a defined scope, with a named team and a weekly demo against it.

Dedicated squad — from €12,000 per month

  • Minimum term: 3 months
  • Notice: 30 days after the minimum term
  • Included: lead time, code review, CI maintenance, weekly demo, on-call for the surface we own
  • Not included: third-party licences, cloud spend

Not sure yet? A two-week scoped pilot, credited in full against your first month if you continue.

Every proposal names the fee, the surface and what day 30 looks like before you commit to anything.

Questions we get asked

Where is the team based?

India. We commit to a fixed overlap window with your working day — usually four hours — and that commitment is in the contract, not just the sales call.

How is this different from an agency?

An agency sells you a project with a delivery date. We sell you ownership of a surface for as long as you need it. When the surface is done, the engagement ends — we will tell you when that point arrives.

What if it does not work out?

Three-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice. If we are the wrong fit we would rather find out in month one than string it out.

Can we start smaller?

Yes. A two-week scoped pilot, credited against the first month.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. It lives in your repository.

How quickly can you start?

Four weeks from first call to shipped work is typical. If you need faster, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.

Name the surface. We will tell you if we are the right people for it.

Twenty minutes, no pitch deck. Bring the part of the roadmap that is furthest ahead of the people you have to build it, and we will tell you honestly whether a squad is the right answer.
