Who we are
YSS Borkar Pvt. Ltd. is a software engineering company based in Goa, India, and the official India franchise of Your Software Supplier, a software network founded in the Netherlands. That heritage matters: our standards for communication, transparency and delivery were shaped by working with European businesses from the start.
The company is led by Gaurav Borkar, a software engineer with over seventeen years of experience across full-stack development, API and microservices architecture, cloud infrastructure and SaaS products. He is not a figurehead — he is in the code, in the architecture discussions, and in your calls.
Why we exist
Many businesses are stuck between two bad options: an agency that treats software as a one-off project and disappears after launch, or the slow, expensive path of building a full in-house team before the product has proven itself. We built YSS Borkar to be the third option — a partner that works like an extension of your own team, carries real engineering responsibility, and stays.
Our engineering philosophy
Boring technology where possible, new technology where it earns its place. Architecture decisions written down. Tests and documentation as part of the work, not an add-on. Small releases over big reveals. And the discipline to say “no” — to scope that doesn’t serve the product, and to work we are not the right team for.
