YSS Borkar is a small, senior technology partner for growing businesses — the kind that would rather have one capable team for their website, marketing technology, software and automation than manage a vendor for each.
Who we are
YSS BORKAR PRIVATE LIMITED is a digital and technology partner based in Goa, India, working mainly with businesses in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and the wider EU. We are the official India franchise of Your Software Supplier, a software network founded in the Netherlands — which is where our habits around communication, transparency and delivery come from.
YSS Borkar is led by Gaurav Borkar, a technology professional with 17+ years of software experience across web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure and SaaS products, much of it for international clients. He is not a figurehead: he screens every engineer we place, reviews the architecture on every build, and is on the calls.
What we believe
A website that does not produce enquiries is a cost. Software that does not fit the business gets worked around. Automation that nobody trusts gets switched off. So we start with the business problem — what needs to happen, for whom, and what it should change — and choose the technology second. Sometimes that is a new website. Sometimes it is a spreadsheet replaced by a small internal tool. Sometimes it is two experienced developers joining your team for a year.
How we work
Boring technology where possible, new technology where it earns its place. Decisions written down. Small releases over big reveals. Honest estimates, including the uncomfortable ones. And the discipline to say no — to scope that does not serve the goal, and to work we are not the right team for.
