01 Challenge
A sports tournament with a player auction is custom software with an immovable deadline. Registration, team building and the auction itself all converge on an event day that cannot slip.
02 Approach
We built backwards from event day: the auction flow first — the moment where failure would be most visible — then the supporting workflows for players, teams and organisers, tested against how the event would really run.
03 Solution
A tournament management and auction system covering the event lifecycle: player registration, team management and a live auction process the organisers could run with confidence.
04 Outcome
The system was used to run the GSB Unity Cup, and the engagement reflects a YSS Borkar habit: software shaped around a real operation, delivered against a deadline that had no room to move.
